From passion to production
With over 25 years of experience, Ric began his working life in children’s television as a production designer after earning a degree in communication media. Today, a diverse background spanning video, design, animation, music, and audio production sets us apart from our competitors - we’re not your average video production company, but a creative media partner that thinks outside the box.
Planet Dust was established after nearly 15 years working as a multimedia creative in the travel retail industry, producing high-end corporate video content for clients worldwide, alongside decades of personal creative projects including short films and music videos.
Today, we bring that same dedication and global experience to businesses across the South of England and beyond.
Our unique creative process
We start every project by sitting down with you and gaining an understanding of your story, whether in person or on a Teams call. We never impose our vision; instead, we act as guides. If you're unsure of the direction, we'll help you distil your message into a compelling narrative that flows naturally from introduction to completion.
Our visionary approach allows us to 'see' the completed story early on, enabling effective use of draft scripts, storyboards, slideshows and voiceovers as creative starting points.
From producing a podcast, composing original music, and recording voiceovers in the studio, to hotfooting it around a conference with a camera interviewing exhibitors, our enthusiasm for creating impactful content knows no bounds.
